If BittyBuild needs to amend or cancel an order, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the customer using the contact details supplied during checkout.

The BittyBuild online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to operate the Services.

Although Shopify supplies the platform, purchases made through the BittyBuild store are transactions between the customer and BittyBuild.

Shopify is not the seller of products purchased directly from BittyBuild and is not responsible for fulfilling those orders, except where Shopify separately agrees otherwise or applicable law provides otherwise.

Shopify’s role in providing the platform does not remove or reduce any obligations BittyBuild has to customers under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits customers’ statutory rights or remedies in relation to products purchased from BittyBuild.

Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and must not be interpreted as removing mandatory consumer protections.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, customers may be responsible for losses and reasonable costs incurred by BittyBuild as a direct result of unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights or a material breach of these Terms by the customer.

This section does not impose liability on consumers for losses that are not legally recoverable or for circumstances where such liability would be unfair or unlawful.
